So a lot has happened this past month. One of my favorite events was the Fayetteville Comic-Con April 23 & 24 where I actually got to meet several cast members from Power Rangers Turbo, In Space, and Wild Force. The first I met was actually Jack Guzman, the black Bison ranger from Wild Force. I found his character very relatable when I was a child, so it meant a lot to me that not only did he sign the first copy of my book, but I got to sign a copy for them that he got to see first! It was awesome!
The other two rangers present were Phillip Jeanmarie (Wild Force Shark) & Tracy Lynn Cruz (Turbo/In Space Yellow). They were great, and unfortunately Princess Shayla from Wild Force and the voice of Goldar from the original series couldn't make it. While I didn't get the chance to meet the voice actors from Yugioh and Digimon, I definitely felt my childhood and hard work come full-circle by dedicating my 50th and final physical copy for right now to the Power Rangers.
Had it not been for the Power Rangers attending Fayetteville Con, I doubt we would have even gone because this is something my family doesn't get out to do unless I am helping with a booth. Regardless, I did have other reasons for attending, but our panel unfortunately got canceled. I do thank my Dad for recording the Power Ranger's panel and getting the moments of the book signings on camera which you can view on the link below:
And yes, I did start to cry a little. But that' all for now. Just been working on planning and think I have cross-referenced enough to have a good idea of what the first 10 books will hold which is only half of the overall series.
Thank you and God bless!
